Job Description:

  • Managing and updating the centralized employee lifecycle data.
  • Assist in creating departmental training that is both conventional and unique for the business's time and attendance system.
  • When it's necessary, give managers, supervisors, and workers advice, direction, and training.
  • Coordinate, plan, and carry out timekeeping and attendance duties for the payroll department.
  • Act as a point of contact for the company's time and attendance system between the Payroll division and HRIS.
  • Assist in the development and deployment of HRIS to provide efficient and reliable time and attendance management.
  • Regularly discuss Time & Attendance problems and their solutions with colleagues in the Payroll division.
  • Assesses mistakes relating to time and attendance and guarantees departmental rectification.
  • React to inquiries on Time and Attendance.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
  • Prioritizes workload, meets deadlines and manages competing priorities under pressure
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems within scope of position and to escalate when needed.
  • Motivated and shows initiative
  • Collaborate with and support teammates in maintaining a positive work relationship

Educational Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years progressive work experience within Payroll, Time and Attendance
  • Strong knowledge of payroll principles, best practices and related compliances.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field or MBA in HR
