Job Description

  • Manage the hiring of the employees, attendance, and payroll.
  • Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to gather information, address concerns proactively, and ensure 100% compliance in HR areas, such as leave administration.
  • Email follow-up from employers regarding Recruitment and Selection, Joining Formalities, Statutory Compliance, Exit Formalities, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Attendance, and Leave Management HR Executive
  • Primary responsibilities will include liaising with existing employees and employment agencies, managing day-to-day HR Activities, conducting periodic training, and maintaining attendance, and other HR records.


Requirements

  • Work closely with management to determine hiring needs and review
  • Understand job requisitions
  • Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel to be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of HR Best Practices.
  • The candidate must have relevant work experience in the HR domain.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to pay attention to detail.
  • Candidates must have good communication skills.
  • Preferred 2-3 years of management experience in HR.
