Job Description

• Cold calling, or making several cold calls to prospective customers
• Establishing and managing a database or list of potential clients.
• Open new customer accounts and cross sell services to current clients.
• Enter all targeted accounts, then spread sales among the clientele.
• Manage the client accounts that are issued and produced by repeated follow-ups.
• Interact with customers to learn about their day-to-day product needs.
• Negotiate on prices and create the required sales orders.
• Maintain strong client relationships by offering first-rate customer care.
• Recognizing consumer concerns and providing help and solutions
